A recent job: Kearneys Spring, October 2026. This home had the lot done in one visit: the Colorbond roof, a soft wash of the whole house, the gutters and eaves, the rendered letterbox and the solar panels. Ben and Tom were on site for about three and a half hours, one afternoon. The roof carried chalky grey lichen right across the sheets and the gutter line had gone black with mould, which is what the long dew at the high southern end of the city does.
