What we do
Most jobs start with one surface and grow from there. Everything below can be booked on its own or done in the same visit, which is cheaper than three separate call-outs.
Driveways, paths, patios, retaining walls and fences. Pressure is matched to the surface, and washdown runoff is managed the way Toowoomba Regional Council requires for stormwater.

Cleaning concrete is half the job. Sealing fills the pores so Toowoomba red soil sits on top instead of soaking back in.
Farm sheds, machinery sheds and garages. Walls, roof sheeting, gutters and the concrete apron, soft washed so the coating stays on the steel.
Tank walls, stand, inlet and first-flush diverter, with the inlet sealed before we start. Outside only — we do not go inside your tank.

How it works
Ongoing service runs on a set cycle — usually once a year for a house wash and roof, more often for gutters, windows and solar panels. You get the same crew, a reminder text the day before, and a better rate than one-off work because we are already in your area.
One-off jobs are just as welcome. A pre-sale wash, a driveway that has gone green, a roof cleaned before the photos are taken. No obligation to continue afterwards, though plenty of people do.
There's no lock-in contract either way. Pause, change frequency or stop whenever you need to.

What affects your price
Every quote is free and priced on the property, not a flat rate. These are the things that move the number.
How many square metres, and what the surface is. Render, brick, Colorbond, roof tile, concrete and pavers each take a different method and a different amount of time.
How much mould, algae and lichen has taken hold. Heavy growth needs a treatment and dwell time, not just a wash, and a driveway with ten years of red soil in the pores will not come back to new.
Growth caught early washes off at low pressure. A property left ten years costs more than one done two years ago, and a repeat clean is always cheaper than the first.
Gutters, windows and solar panels done while the gear is already set up cost less than three separate call-outs.
Single storey off the ground is straightforward. Two storeys, a steep roof pitch or work over a retaining wall means height equipment and Working at Heights procedures, and that costs more.
Commercial sites needing inductions, SWMS documentation or out-of-hours access are quoted accordingly. Whether you want sealing afterwards also changes the price.

We service Toowoomba City and the surrounding suburbs and localities within roughly 35km of Toowoomba — north to Hampton, west to Oakey, south to Cambooya, and east into the Lockyer Valley to Gatton. No travel surcharge anywhere in that area.

Common questions
Yes, and it is cheaper that way. Most people book a house wash with the driveway, or a roof clean with gutters, windows and solar. The order matters too — roof first, then gutters, then walls, then windows — so doing them together means nothing gets dirtied twice. One visit, one set-up, one price.
Both, and most of our work is one-off. Pre-sale cleans, end-of-lease, a roof that has not been touched in a decade, a driveway before visitors arrive. There is no contract and no obligation to book anything ongoing afterwards. Commercial and strata sites often prefer a scheduled round, and we do those too.
Pressure removes what is sitting on a surface. Soft washing kills what is growing into it. Concrete, pavers and brickwork take pressure. Render, paint, weatherboard, Colorbond and roofs take soft washing. Using pressure on the wrong surface is what causes the damage people worry about, so we match the method to the material rather than turning everything up.
Send photos and we will tell you, including when the answer is that you do not need us yet. Green on the walls is a house wash. Grey-green crust on the roof is roof cleaning. Orange concrete is driveway and path cleaning. Overflowing at the eaves is gutter cleaning.
No, as long as we can get to an outside tap and the gates are unlocked. Most of our work happens while people are out. You get before and after photos when the job is finished, so you can see what was done without standing there watching it.

The final number depends on size, access and how long since it was last done, and you get a firm job price rather than an hourly rate — the number you are quoted is the number on the invoice.
