A Fixed Price for the Job — Not a Meter Running
We don't charge by the hour and we don't do surprises. You get a firm price before we start, it doesn't change because a job ran long, and the basics — moving the pot plants, rinsing down the windows, cleaning up after ourselves — are never extras.
What it costs
Where our prices start
House washing from $495, roof cleaning from $880, driveway and path cleaning from $275. Those are genuine starting prices for a straightforward single-storey property, not teaser rates, and not numbers that grow once we're on site.
Larger homes, two-storey work and long driveways price differently, and so does a first clean on a surface left for years — there is simply more growth to treat and more to lift. Repeat work costs less per visit than a one-off, because a surface kept on a cycle is quicker every time.
What we won't do is charge by the hour. You get a firm price before we start, and it doesn't move unless you ask for something extra.
Why by the job
Hourly rates punish you for hiring careful people
With an hourly rate, thoroughness costs you money — the longer we spend letting a treatment do its work, the bigger the bill, and you only find out the total once it's done. Quoting the job flips that: you know the number before we unroll a hose. A job that takes longer than we planned is our problem, not your invoice.
It's also why we don't publish a full price list beyond those starting points. A single-storey brick veneer and a rendered two-storey on a sloping block are not the same job, and flat rates quietly overcharge the small jobs to subsidise the big ones. Your price is built on your property — and it holds.

Fast and firm
Most quotes come back the same day
Send a few photos of the surfaces and the access with your address and you'll usually have a price back the same day, without anyone needing to be home. Bigger or more complicated properties get a walk-through so the number is right the first time.
Once you're on the books there's no lock-in contract — repeat work runs on a recurring schedule for convenience, and you can pause, change frequency or stop whenever you need. You'll get a reminder the day before every visit and an on-the-way message on the day. We carry $20 million public liability. Call 0490 397 740.

Quoting FAQ
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every job is quoted as a fixed price for the defined work, agreed before we start. Careful work is our cost, not your risk.
Is the quote binding?
Yes — the price you accept is the price you pay. If what we find on the ground is genuinely different from what was described, we talk to you and re-confirm before doing anything.
Why is ongoing service cheaper than a one-off?
Scheduled rounds by area mean less travel and no re-learning your property each visit. Predictable work costs us less to deliver, so it costs you less to buy.
Do I need to be there for the quote?
Usually not. Photos and an address are enough for most properties; larger or complex blocks get a walk-through at a time that suits.
Are there extras on top of the quoted price?
No call-out fee, no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area, and no separate charge for equipment, water or chemicals. Set-up, plant protection, the clean-up afterwards and the finished photos are all part of the job, not add-ons. If you ask for something beyond what was quoted — the gutters while we are up there, or sealing after a driveway clean — you get a number for it before we start, never a surprise on the invoice.
