We service Toowoomba City and everything within roughly 35km — north to Hampton, west to Oakey, south to Cambooya, and east down the range into the Lockyer Valley as far as Gatton.
Six regions, different soils
Toowoomba's soils change dramatically over short distances — deep red basalt up the range, black cracking clay on the flats. It changes what stains your concrete and how fast your walls go green. Here's how the region breaks down.
The established inner suburbs on deep red basalt soil. Excellent structure and drainage, but it dries hard over summer and can turn water-repellent — which is why wetting agents matter here more than almost anywhere else.

Middle Ridge through to Mount Rascal, mostly on red soil with good depth. Higher elevation means cooler nights, heavier frosts and the longest dew in the region — so southern walls go green fastest here, and red staining on bare concrete is the other constant.

Where the red soil gives way to black cracking clay as the land flattens west. Wilsonton and Glenvale sit on the transition; Westbrook, Wellcamp and Charlton are firmly on Vertosol. Aeration matters far more out here.

Highfields up to Hampton — our home patch, and largely rural blocks. Higher, colder and frostier than the city, with long dew and heavy tree cover. Roofs and gutters fill faster here, sheds and tanks matter as much as the house, and moss on paths through winter is a real slip hazard.

The farming country west and south — deep black cracking clay that swells shut in the wet and splits open in summer. It doesn't stain concrete the way red soil does, but it holds moisture against the base of walls, and paddock dust off the plain settles on everything: walls, glass, solar panels and shed sheeting.

Down the range east — rich alluvial soil, noticeably warmer and more humid than the top. Mould and algae move fast on shaded walls after a wet spell, and fine river-flat dust travels in the dry, so out here regular beats one-off.

No separate travel fee. Distance is factored into the quote, and because we run scheduled rounds by area, properties on an existing route are priced the same as anywhere else.
Yes — rural properties are a big part of what we do, particularly around Highfields, Meringandan, Cabarlah and Hampton. Long driveways, machinery sheds, Colorbond, rainwater tank exteriors and solar arrays are all normal work for us out there, and there's no travel surcharge inside roughly 35km of Toowoomba.
Because it decides whether your driveway can be brought back. Red Ferrosol is fine, iron-rich clay that soaks into bare concrete rather than sitting on top, which is why hosing a stained driveway does nothing — lifting it takes a surface cleaner, and sealing afterwards is what stops it going straight back in. Black cracking clay doesn't stain the same way, but it holds moisture at the base of walls, and that shaded, damp line is where the mould starts.
