  • I collect roof water into a tank. Is that a problem? No. Downpipes are diverted before we start and reconnected before we leave, and we clean tank exteriors too.
  • How long until it looks clean? Walls and concrete look right the same day. A soft-washed roof is different: the wash kills the lichen on the day, but the dead crust weathers off over the following weeks.
